Here are top ways on how you can change your lifestyle to prevent breast cancer;

Exercising
A lot of ladies find pleasure in eating canned and junk foods but feels too lazy to exercise. Studies evaluating the causative factors of breast cancer have indicated that physical activity in the form of exercise plays an important role in lowering the chances of developing breast cancer.

Losing added calories
Studies have shown that if you are overweight and fall in the obese category, your chances of developing breast cancer are substantially high, therefore reduction in the in-take of high calorie food is necessary.

Controlling alcohol consumption
Increased alcohol consumption has been linked with a higher risk of developing breast cancer.

Increasing breast feeding habits
Mothers of new born babies have a greater chance of keeping breast cancer at bay as studies have proven that breastfeeding, if continued for a period of at least one year might decrease the risk of developing breast cancer.

Despite the fact that the risk posed by established factors can hardly be modified, maintaining a healthy lifestyle by making wholesome health choices helps a lot.
