Sweating during an exercise activity or at the gym is very
much acceptable but sweating in the office or on a date can be very
embarrassing. Growing armpit stains during an outing or sopping palms is very
humiliating too.
Try this tips to get control of your sweating so you can
stay dry for your next big date or presentation.

Drink
plenty of water
Water is used in the body to regulate body
temperature, so when you are hydrated, you are cooler and you’ll sweat less.
Aim to drink at least 8 gasses of water a day to reduce stress.

Avoid
spicy foods
Avoid spicy foods and caffeine, they could
also stimulate your sweat glands in a not-so-comfortable way. Caffeine is a
strong stimulant which causes the release of adrenaline which can make you
sweat. Try to cut down on your daily intake of coffee and watch the miracle
happen.
Antiperspirants contains ingredients that
controls sweat and body odour safely and effectively. It is advisable to choose
a 48 hours antiperspirant of your choice.

Lime
juice
Rubbing lime juice under your happen is a
fast remedy for excessive sweating. Cut a lime in half and gently rub under
your arms. This helps to reduce sweating and keeps under arms fresh and odour
free too.

Choose
natural fabrics
Natural fabrics such as cotton or linen are
breathable fabrics which allows cool air to circulate more freely around your
body and reduce sweating while synthetic fabrics such as polyester, nylon and
rayon traps heat and moisture which will make you sweat more profusely. Therefore,
it is advisable to choose natural fabrics over synthetic fabrics.
