Kidnapper Caught While Trying To Kidnap Two Children

According to report, this young man was caught allegedly trying to kidnap two school children in Otukpo area of Benue state.

The local vigilantes have him in their custody. He was said to have escaped in the process of arrest but was recaptured at Fairwinds avenue GRA, Benue State.
